Loan security instruments:

Decision on the administrative prohibition of the Client (co-debtor and/or guarantor) - Verification of data for the Client-debtor, Verification of data for the co-debtor and/or guarantor;
Guarantee contract, which is concluded between the Client and guarantors (if it is stipulated in the loan decision);
Minimum, one blank signed promissory note (for the Client, co-debtor and/or guarantor) with bill of exchange authorization;
Life insurance policy for up to 50% of the loan if the client reaches the age of 65 during the repayment of the loan.

The previously defined security means-instruments do not limit the Bank that, in accordance with the risk assessment in the specific case, it may not approve the loan or ask the Client for additional security means-instruments.

A representative example

For a loan amount of EUR 30,000.00 with a repayment period of 96 months, the nominal interest rate (NIR) amounts to 6.99%, while the effective interest rate (EIR) amounts to 7.32%. The calculation of the effective interest rate (EIR) includes the costs of the nominal interest rate (NIR) in the total amount of EUR 9,240.96 for the entire period, a loan application processing fee of EUR 30.40, a loan account maintenance fee of EUR 96.00, a fee for one promissory note in the amount of EUR 2.00, and a fee for an inquiry with the CBCG Credit Registry in the amount of EUR 3.00. The total amount payable by the client is EUR 39,372.36 and represents the sum of the loan principal, total interest, and other fees and costs related to loan approval, while the monthly annuity amounts to EUR 408.76. Mandatory collateral instruments are a promissory note and promissory authorization of the loan beneficiary, as well as an administrative wage garnishment. If additional collateral instruments are required for loan approval, the loan beneficiary is required to commit to concluding contracts for additional services. In such a case, additional fees not included in the stated calculation of the effective interest rate may apply, including costs related to such additional services (e.g. insurance policy costs, transaction account maintenance fees for new clients, etc.). This representative example is presented based on a calculation as of 5 February 2026, with a fixed interest rate for the entire loan term.
