• the reasons for the delay in repayment,

• whether the difficulties are temporary or long-term in nature,

• the possibility of regular or partial repayment.

Temporary difficulties (up to six months) may arise due to health issues, unforeseen expenses, high monthly instalments, a mismatch between income and obligations, or other circumstances that temporarily affect income.

Long-term difficulties (lasting more than six months) may be caused by job loss, serious illness, family changes, the death of a family member, or a permanent reduction in income.
