The previously defined security means-instruments do not limit the Bank that, in accordance with the risk assessment in the specific case, it may not approve the loan or ask the Client for additional security means-instruments.**

*An integral part of the credit file must be the Decision on agricultural activity.
**The credit analysis must have documented income and free cash flow to repay the loan.

A representative example

For the loan amount of €5,000.00 with a repayment term of 48 months, the nominal interest rate (NKS) is 8.99%, while the effective interest rate (EKS) is 10.24%. The calculation of the effective interest rate includes the nominal interest rate, the fee for processing the loan application of €30.40, the fee for maintaining the credit party account of €48.00, the fee for one bill in the amount of €2.00 and the inquiry fee to the CBCG Credit Register in the amount of €3.00. The total amount paid by the client is €6,054.60 and represents the sum of the loan principal, total interest and other fees and expenses related to the loan approval, while the amount of the monthly annuity is €124.40. Mandatory means of security is a promissory note and promissory note authorization of the credit user. If it is necessary to provide other security instruments for loan approval, it is necessary for the loan beneficiary to commit to concluding a contract on additional services, in which case the additional fees that are not included in the calculation of the effective interest rate also include the costs related to these additional services. services (eg insurance policy costs, etc.). THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR THE CLIENT IN CASE WHEN AGRICULTURE IS AN ADDITIONAL ACTIVITY

The Client submits an employer’s statement on employment for an indefinite period, on the service contract employment or other documents that would confirm the validity and amount of regular or periodical earnings.

At the time of submitting the Loan Application Form, the Client must be employed or a minimum of three months.
